Micro Computer was highly recommended to me by a friend (Mr. Wren)that is a computer wiz when I had the misfortune of losing over a decade of my document files. Estimates to recover my data were extremely high. The Micro Computer staff took care of my problems(with several computers)in a professional and cost effective manner. I see why Micro Computer won the Best of Birmingham Award three consecutive years.

Parking was busy, but I was able to park near the store entrance.

The store area is open, clean, and bright. The workspace is a 360˚ accessible donut table in the center of the floor (the most sensibly laid out workspace I have ever seen for computer repair).

Leo greeted me in a courteous and professional manner and, within 2 minutes of my entering the store, had my tower on the table. Another couple came in behind me, but they barely had time to set down their computer before Leo had me back up and running again at 100%!

He has won my business and my recommendation.

"*****" Leo has been our Go to Guy since the mid 90's! We have moved further away but still make the drive to see him when we have computer problems. His knowledge on a variety of PC's is wonderful and he has always found a way to help us make it work with our budget. It didn't matter if our computer was infected with a viru, needed a new power supply or a new motherboard or hard drive, or a new computer, he and his wife have always offered fast friendly service!
